A commerce graduate from Mumbai University and an associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Prior to her current assignment she has held positions in Accounts, Internal Audit and Secretarial with The Tata Power Company Limited. She was appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company on 17th December 2015.
