Our Goal

Initiate growth in capacity through organic and inorganic means to achieve 30-40% generation capacity of Tata Power from clean energy sources.

Our operating capacity is 1839 MW comprising of 907 MW Wind Power and 932 MW Solar Power.

We have a further 373 MW of Wind and Solar capacity under development/ construction.

Further Initiatives

380 MW of Wind and Solar power plants are in the process of being carved out from Tata Power to TPREL by way of a Scheme of Arrangement under Sections 230 and 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

The consolidated operating capacity of TPREL after the carve-out will be 800 MW.

TPREL's plants are built using proven technology by vendors who have been selected after careful scrutiny of their technical expertise. The Company is guided by a Board of Directors, and Key Management Personnel with expertise in power, technology and finance.
